Henry Dao is a first-year PhD student in Finance at the ßÙßÇÂþ»­ University School of Management. His research interests primarily involve behavioral finance, particularly retail investing and trading. 

Before joining the School of Management, he conducted research on biopharmaceutical financing with the Center for Integration of Science and Industry and with Bentley University law department faculty on SEC regulation.

Selen Ozgultekin is a PhD student in Finance at ßÙßÇÂþ»­'s School of Management. Her research interests include corporate finance, focusing on private equity and venture capital funds. 

Ozgultekin employs empirical methods and large financial datasets to analyze firm performance and value creation.

Sevgi Soylemezgil

Background

Sevgi Soylemezgil is a PhD candidate in Finance at ßÙßÇÂþ»­â€™s School of Management. Her research examines corporate and municipal bond markets, focusing on sustainability, political economy and credit risk. 

Her work on biodiversity risk in corporate debt received the 11th Hakan Orbay Research Award for PhD Students. It was also a finalist in the Sustainable Finance in Fixed-Income Research Competition hosted by FIASI and Fordham University.

Soylemezgil has presented at international conferences, including the Financial Management Association, the Global Finance Conference and the Southwestern Finance Association. She has also served as a reviewer for academic journals and finance conferences.

Dasor Moon is a first-year PhD student in Leadership and Organizational Studies. She earned an M.S. in Business Administration from Seoul National University and a B.S. Political Science and Business Administration from Myongji University. Her research explores leadership, justice, power and status, and dual behaviors in organizations. She has shared her work at Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology conferences. Dasor has also contributed to advancing leadership studies at the Bass Center for Leadership Studies. Her master’s thesis explored the dual outcomes of empowering leadership through status.
