Anthony Natoli joined the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences at ßÙßÇÂþ»â€™s School of Pharmacy in 2024. He graduated with a Bachelor’s of Biological Sciences from ßÙßÇÂþ». He joined Dr. Melissa Morales’ lab in 2024 where he assisted in research involving the dystrophin gene in Muscular Dystrophy. In 2025, he joined Dr. Yuanjun Shen’s lab, where he is now conducting research to uncover the mechanism behind Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH). He is hoping to discover proteins that interact with VPS34, a protein that acts as a main driving force behind PAH, that could be used as targets for future treatments. He is currently developing his lab skills and deepening his understanding of protein-protein interactions with his experience at ßÙßÇÂþ» SOPPS.
