Struggling with the transition to/back to school? Procrastination? Time Management? Study skills? Mindset? Healthy Habits? Want to do more to explore possible careers? Looking to feel more prepared for your future?
Whether you are a returning student or new to university, the beginning of the academic year can be a stressful time! What if you feel like you picked the wrong major? How are you going to manage all your classes and still have a social life? How will you meet all your goals this year? What if you burn out too quickly?
Join B-Healthy: Healthy Campus Initiative, The CARE Team, Student Transition Success Center, and The Flieshman Center for some tips and tricks to managing all the stressors of college life before you end up crashing out!
Drop in any time from 1pm to 3pm on Tuesday, September 2nd, to ask questions, get advice, learn about available resources, pick up some snacks and giveaways, and enter to win a raffle basket!

Students are encouraged to stop by and learn how they can best prepare for the job and internship fair. This session will cover how to research employers, prepare your resume, explore what to wear and how to stand out with to employers.
The Fall Job and Internship Fair will be held on Wednesday, September 10th in the Events Center.

ßÙßÇÂþ»'s Pet Away Worry & Stress (PAWS) program provides students, faculty, and staff with animal-assisted Interactions (AAI) with registered therapy dogs. Started by B-Healthy: Healthy Campus Initiative in Fall 2022, the PAWS program’s mission is to promote a culture of social connectedness and encourage campus community members to seek out healthy outlets for stress reduction.
The PAWS Program is back for Fall 2025! B-Healthy will be hosting PAWS today September 5th, Friday, 11:20am-12:20pm in The Health Sciences Building! Please join us for a boost in your day!
